News Desk: BJP MP from Rajasthan Jaskaur Meena called some protestors ‘terrorists’ who are taking part in the farmers protest. She said “Terrorists are sitting there and the terrorists have AK-47s with them. They have pitched the Khalistan flag”
She was slammed by the Congress for such a statement. State Congress President Govind Singh Dotasra said “The BJP has always been an anti-farmer party. Now, people of Rajasthan are feeling ashamed that they voted for a leader with such a narrow mindset”
He added “In the Lok Sabha elections, the BJP leaders won due to the valour of the army”
A 42-year-old farmer from Haryana Jai Bhagwan Rana allegedly committed suicide by consuming a poisonous substance at Tikri border on Tuesday night. Bhartiya Kisan Union also claimed more than 100 farmers have died in this period of natural causes or in road accidents.
