TMC Food and Supply Minister Jyotipriya Mallick claimed that six to seven BJP MPs will join soon the Trinamool Congress before May.

News Desk: Addressing a procession at Habra on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary on Tuesday, TMC Food and Supply Minister Jyotipriya Mallick claimed that six to seven BJP MPs will join soon the Trinamool Congress before May.

When asked about Suvendu Adhikari’s visit to Simla Street in Kolkata on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda’s birthday, he said “I don’t know why he came here today. I am still confused about whether he will stay in the BJP for the next four to five months. Maybe he will leave the party after completing his own part. Not a single person will be in the Bharatiya Janata Party. I can say that around six to seven MPs will join TMC very soon. They will join the Trinamool Congress in the first week of May. The ones who left TMC to join BJP are still standing in line and are now requesting to return to TMC”

He added “Everyone who is talking about Trinamool Congress’s corruption is involved in Sharda’s corruption. They have made a lot of money, which they cannot earn or digest, and they are calling for it, and with that call, they are joining the BJP. They will line up to return to the TMC by the end of May, but once they do, there will be no road. We will consider whether to be included in the team”

He further added “Matua citizens have already voted, so there is no question of them getting them new citizenship again. Mamata Banerjee has said the same thing. So they have won. They should rejoice. They should enjoy”
