Debjit Mukherjee, Jalpaiguri: Jadavpur’s anger is now in Jalpaiguri. Members of the TMCP took to the streets to protest the attack on Rajnya Halder and the attack on Trinankur Bhattacharya inside the university. As soon as the procession reached the party office of the CPM, the chaos broke out.
Clashes broke out between the two sides. Many were injured. Police personnel were also injured while bringing the situation under control.
