West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee ended her dharna after three hours

News Desk: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who was protesting against the Election Commission’s 24 hour campaign ban on her, has ended her dharna after three hours at the Gandhi statue in Kolkata.

The Election Commission’s had barred Mamata Banerjee from campaigning for 24 hours on Monday over her remarks against central forces and a statement which had alleged religious overtones.
