West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee spoke to Sharad Pawar, may meet protesting farmers at Ghazipur border

News Desk: Amid speculations over West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and NCP chief Sharad Pawar not meeting, sources said that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee spoke to Sharad Pawar and will be coming to Delhi every two months.

According to sources the meeting could not take place as there was no initiative from either side as the NCP chief was in Delhi this week to attend the Parliament session from July 27. Pawar left for Maharashtra on Friday, while Banerjee will leave for Kolkata later in the day.

It is reported that on the last day of this tour i.e. on Friday, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee may reach the Ghazipur border amidst their demonstration to meet the farmers.
