“Will teach Mamata’s police a lesson in constitutional propriety”: Tejasvi Surya

News Desk: The newly elected BJP Yuva Morcha president Tejasvi Surya took a dig on the Mamata government over the worsening law and order in the state. He took to Twitter to condemn the sadistic act of the cops during the ‘Nabanno Chalo’ protest.

Along with a video he tweeted “We waited for more than 2 hours, well into midnight, for police to register FIR upon our complaint. They instead manhandled 3 Members of Parliament. We will file a motion for breach of privilege & teach Mamata’s police a lesson in constitutional propriety”

Before this he also tweeted “Police Stations have become TMC party offices in Mamata’s Bengal. They don’t even register FIR for cognizable offences. Complete breakdown of law”

In another tweet he condemned the act of police too “Police have two choices: Either file FIR in accordance with law or Remove uniform and hold TMC party flag”

The West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh claimed that TMC members dressed as policemen hurled bombs at BJP cadres. But the ruling party denied and claimed that BJP is trying to unleash anarchy and communal riots in the state.
