Coming to bat first Delhi Capitals scored a high score of 196 with the loss of 4 wickets. Australian all rounder Marcus Stoinis topped the batting chart with his 53 off 26. Contribution came from opener Prithvi Shaw and wicket keeper batsman Rishabh Pant too.
Coming to chase 197 the Challengers lost two quick wickets within the first four overs. King Kohli topped the batting chart for his side with his 43 off 39 and lack of contribution from others led the Challengers to a 59 run defeat.
