News Desk: Women safety is an important subject of our nation. The recent gang rape incident at Hathras raised questions on women safety under BJP rule. But the security of women has been recorded most in the ‘city of joy’ Kolkata as per NCRB.
The metropolis has also not recorded any attempt to rape or sexual harassment case. According to a report released recently by the National Crime Records Bureau, 14 cases of sexual assaults were registered in the city in 2019.
