A twist in the Hathras gang rape case

News Desk: Giving justice to the 19 year old Dalit girl is getting tougher day by day. The Hathras gang rape case is getting complicated as days are passing. Some evidences claims the four accused are the main culprit while other evidences speaks in their favour and claiming that they’ve been framed.

Now some new facts and evidences are coming into the light. AMU Hospital terminates who doctors who handled the Hathras case – Dr Azim Malik who questioned the FSL report and his team member Dr. Obed Haque signed the medical legal case report of the victim. However the AMU administration said that their termination has nothing to do with the Hathras case.

CBI investigation on the other hand got hold of the fact that the four accused were sent to jail even before the death of the girl. All these four accused are still in Aligarh Jail. One of them is a minor and his family claimed that the police has sent him to jail without even asking about it. However the girl’s brother has raised doubts about this matter. He told that the date can be moved back and forth in the marksheet. He has no information about the age of this accused.

Earlier CBI investigation also got hold of a new twist in the form of Chhotu who claims to be the witness. The CBI came to know that Chhotu went to Jaipur on 14th September. And on visiting Lavkush’s house for investigation, they found out clothes with red markings. Lavkush’s brother later reveals that he has a brother who is a painter and that was his clothes which is filled with paints. The CBI took those clothes with them.
