News Desk: West Bengal Law Minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Moloy Ghatak was questioned in Delhi by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with an alleged coal smuggling case on Thursday.
The law minister had skipped multiple summonses by the ED in the last two months.
As per sources, Moloy Ghatak had earlier communicated to the ED that if officials wanted, they could question him in Kolkata, or through video conferencing. However, investigators of the economic intelligence agency told him to appear in Delhi.
