BJP leaders reached poll panel office to file complaint against TMC MLA Hamidul Rahman

News Desk: The battle for Bengal continues to intensify with BJP leaders reaching the poll panel office in the National Capital to file a complaint against TMC MLA Hamidul Rahman for his statement in one of his public rallies.

TMC’s sitting MLA Hamidul Rahman threatened the voters at a public gathering, asking them to vote for the TMC in the upcoming assembly elections. He further added that if the voters failed to do so, severe consequences will be meted out to them.

Following the remark, BJP has filed a complaint with the Election Commission against Hamidul Rahman. BJP delegation from West Bengal spoke to the media today outside the EC office and stated that how TMC is stopping free and fair elections in the state.
