Haryana Police arrested 2020 Delhi riots shooter Rambhakt Gopal for speech insulting religious beliefs

News Desk: On Monday the Haryana Police arrested 2020 Delhi riots shooter Rambhakt Gopal and an FIR was filed against him for promoting enmity and insulting religion and its beliefs. This happened a week after he delivered a provocative speech, “Jab Mulle Kaate Jaayenge, Toh Ram Ram Chillayenge”, at Pataudi in Haryana about mass murdering the Muslim community members.

The case was registered based on the complaint submitted by a resident of the Jamalpur village. Gopal has been charged with sections 153A and 295A of the Indian Penal Code.
