News Desk: The hearing for the Narada case ended for the day. The High Court will hear the case again tomorrow at 12 noon. The High Court also allowed to make the state party in the case.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta questioned “This is a strategy to pressurize the judiciary with people, this will happen if the court do not take strict action. The same thing will happen if a miscreant is arrested the upcoming days. People will lose faith in the judiciary”
Justice Indraprasanna Mukherjee questioned “What can we do if there is no evidence to influence the judge?”
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta further questioned “Even if we take these arrests as illegal and unlawful, but the threat in which the trial is going through will create an adverse reaction”
