News Desk: The Supreme Court on Thursday said that wearing of hijab has nothing to do with exams.
Advocate Devdutt Kamat said “Examinations in educational institutions are starting from March 28. And many students are unable to attend school or college due to the ban on hijab. One of their precious academic years is going to be wasted”
After hearing this, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court NV Ramana said “The examination has nothing to do with the hijab controversy”. He also advised not to spread unnecessary tension over the hijab.
