News Desk: When it comes to extreme form of protest Punjab has always topped the list. Punjab has maintained their reputation as the most active state in the farm bill protest. From blocking of roads to burning of effigies they did everything to make their voice reach the ears of the Central Government.
It all started after the passing of the three contentious farm bills. The Punjab farmers started with blocking of roads and cities. Then comes the ‘Rail Roko Andolan’. Things took an interesting turn when the Punjab government passed their self made farm bills to support the farming sections of the state. But things went worse when farmers burnt effigy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. JP Nadda put the blame on Rahul Gandhi for this mess.
