News Desk: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Arjun Singh on Thursday alleged that four to five people attacked his house with country-made bombs in North 24 Paraganas’ Jagaddal last night.
“TMC has been plotting to kill me for a long time,” Singh said.
Responding to Singh’s allegations, TMC MLA Madan Mitra levelled a counter charge at the saffron party saying that there was no post-poll violence in the state.
“Instead of sending vaccines, medicines and support, they’re sending a central team to ensure that there is no post-poll violence. Where is the violence? We’re standing in Kolkata. Not a single office of BJP has been burned, not a single leader of BJP is heckled,” Mitra said.
