News Desk: TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee spoke up about Alapan Bandyopadhyay issue. According to him Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah should also be prosecuted.
He said “When people are dying in the country, Modi-Shah conducted a road show procession with thousands of people before the vote. Then why will they not be prosecuted under the Disaster Management Act?”
On Wednesday afternoon, Abhishek arrived at Patharpratima to assess the condition surrounding the Yaas-devastated river embankment and the surrounding area. “Today is the second wave in the country due to the failure of the Election Commission” Abhishek Banerjee said.
