Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election: SB and SBSP alliance, 9 MBC parties to support BJP

News Desk: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and Om Prakash Rajbhar’s Suheldev Bharat Samaj Party on Wednesday struck an alliance at a rally held in Mau.

Both gave their alliance the slogan of ‘Khadeda Hobe’, along the lines of Mamata Banerjee’s famous ‘Khela Hobe’, to drive out the BJP from Uttar Pradesh.

Akhilesh Yadav said “Backward, Dalit and minorities who did not get their rights, who did not get respect, I am sure that very soon, when elections will be held, the BJP will be wiped out from Uttar Pradesh”

On the other hand, nine smaller Most Backward Classes (MBC) parties vowed to support the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming assembly election in the state at party headquarters in Lucknow.

BJP state chief Swatantra Dev Singh said “People were aware of the gathbandhan formed by rivals, who always professed against the basic tenets of Hinduism and nationalism”

“They will get the answer in the forthcoming elections. People are with PM Modi and Yogi Adityanath” he added.
