West Bengal: Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to begin her three day Goa visit from today

News Desk: West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee will begin her three-day visit to Goa from Thursday. A TMC spokesperson said that she is scheduled to arrive in Goa around 5:30 pm.

The spokesperson also said that during her visit, she will meet intellectuals, thinkers, professionals and others. But the spokesperson refused to share her detailed program.

Before her visit, her posters and hoardings were vandalised in the BJP ruling state. The TMC condemned this act.

Last week, during announcement of her Goa visit, she tweeted “As I prepare for my maiden visit to Goa on 28th, I call upon all individuals, organizations and political parties to join forces to defeat the BJP and their divisive agenda. The people of Goa have suffered enough over the last 10 years”
