News Desk: Campaigning for the upcoming bypolls in two seats of Murshidabad, TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee said that his goal is to overthrow the BJP in the next three years. He also said that the TMC will fight BJP in every state they are ruling.
He said “It is my goal to throw BJP out of India in the next three years. Will go to every BJP seat and dethrone them. What will their ED, CBI do? Nothing”
Launching an attack on Tripura chief minister Biplab Deb, he said “We will go to every state where BJP is there and will fight them. Khela has started in Assam and Tripura. Biplab Deb is scared hence he declared section 144 so that I cannot come to Tripura”
“Why are you afraid? I will go there… how long will you keep section 144 in Tripura? TMC will win Tripura” he added.
He also said that Bengal BJP leaders are willing to join TMC. “BJP leaders are in line to join us. We believe in the sentiments of people hence we are not opening the gates. If we open the gates, many will join. Three days back, one MP joined. He has said he will resign from Lok Sabha. We will win the Lok Sabha seat from Asansol” he said.
“They said they will make ‘sonar Bangla’. One who said there is gold in cow’s milk has been thrown out. What happened to him? The BJP told him goodbye” he added.
Slamming the saffron party over use of CBI and ED in each and every issue, he said “BJP has two brothers, ED and CBI. They have summoned me five times in 15 days Won’t bow down even if you send 500 summons. Fifteen days after we won, CBI goes and arrested our minister. We went to Court. Court did justice”
He also said “Mamata Banerjee is the leader. You asked for Duare Ration, not Bhasan, Mamata Banerjee heard it and it will be reality”
He also slammed Yogi Adityanath over use of Kolkata Maa Flyover image as development in Uttar Pradesh. He said “Look at UP Government’s ad. They showed the development of Maa Flyover and said it’s UP. I want to ask Yogi Aditynath, what about double-engine sarkar? Mamata has one-engine sarkar which has scared them”
