News Desk: Lawyer and BJP state youth wing leader Priyanka Tibrewal, on Monday, filed her nomination for the Bhawanipore seat at the Survey Building in Alipore. She was accompanied by Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari and BJP MP Arjun Singh among other senior party leaders.
Ahead of filing nomination, the saffron party’s state youth wing leader said that people of Bhawanipore got an opportunity to create history and alleged that the TMC has taken away the rights of people.
Tibrewal said “This is a fight against injustice. This is a fight for justice, for the people of West Bengal. I would like to tell the people of Bhawanipore that they’ve received a big opportunity, they should come forward and make history”
She alleged “People have the right to live. But Mamata Banerjee and her party took away the rights of people”
