News Desk: MLA Shiuli Shah inaugurated the slogan “Bangla wants her own daughter” (Bangla Nijer meyeke Chai) at the party office in Keshpur today. The party also shared the main themes and ideas of the election slogan and various public welfare projects of the government.
On February 20, Trinamool Congress state president Subrata Bokshi inaugurated the slogan “Bangla wants its own daughter”(Bangla Meyeke Chai) at the Trinamool Bhavan in Kolkata. The party leadership wants to reach to the people of all walks of life this slogan through the leaders and workers of the party and the media.
Inaugurating the slogan at a press conference at the party office in Keshpur, MLA Shiuli Shah said, “We all need to protect the culture and heritage of Bengal. She (Mamata) is the daughter of Bengal. The upcoming assembly elections, the fight to defend the country’s constitution and the people across the country are looking forward to this election, and the one who will always lead in this fight is Mamata Banerjee, her own daughter from Bengal.
Keshpur Block Trinamool Congress President Uttamananda Tripathi, Chitta Gorai, Durlabh Roy, Tapan Majhi and other leaders were present on the occasion.
