Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: On Friday, opposite of Jadavpur Gate No. 3, there was a lot of tension over the denial of permission by the police to the BJP’s Yuva Morcha protest stage in Jadavpur. 12 people have been arrested from there. After that, the members of Yuva Morcha started protesting by sitting at the gate of the university.
Yuva Morcha President Indranil Khan said that people gathered on their stage supporting the demands of Yuva Morcha. There was no rush. But it is alleged that the police forced everyone and thwarted their program. Suvendu Adhikari protested on the X platform. He alleged that ‘anti-national’ forces are working in Jadavpur University.
