Debjit Mukherjee: “No plans to reduce petrol-diesel prices separately before Lok Sabha” Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri clarified at Aztak G20 Summit.
He said, “The price of petrol and diesel has not increased because of the successful policies of the Modi government. We cannot ask oil producing countries to lower prices. Moreover, the government did not increase the tariff. Moreover, VAT has been reduced separately in BJP-ruling states. But there is no plan to reduce prices separately before the Lok Sabha elections.”
