After the mysterious death of Shefal Vaishnav, one of the eyewitnesses, his grandfather Nepal Vaishnav brought charges against the police and demanded a CBI probe.
The body of Shefal alias Niranjan Vaishnav was recovered from his house on Wednesday morning along with a suicide note on his mental depression after the murder of Tapan Kandu.
