News Desk: Like other districts of West Bengal, weekly cultural program was started at the initiative of the district administration to give pleasure to the tourists in Paschim Midnapore district. A joint venture between the Department of Information and Culture and the Department of Tourism of the Government of West Bengal has taken various initiatives to expand and promote the tourism industry across the state. Cultural programs were served.
In order to further encourage the tourism thirsty and to develop the tourism industry in Paschim Midnapore district, the artists included in the publicity project of the district will be present on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm every week.
District Information and Culture Officer Ananya Majumder said the program would not only help make the district’s tourism industry more attractive to travelers, but would also benefit artists involved in publicity projects.
