What netizens are saying about Amit Shah’s upcoming visit to Bengal?

News Desk: “TMC workers are killing our party workers”; “There is no law and order in the state” are the quotes the citizens of West Bengal are aware these days. The arch rival Bharatiya Janata Party is making such allegations on a daily basis against the ruling All India Trinamool Congress but failed to provide evidence till now to support their claim. The TMC has denied such allegations. On the contrary, the ruling party chief Mamata Banerjee claimed that the BJP is killing their own workers and putting the blame on TMC. The state police even provided an evidence which claimed that the Siliguri violence, i.e. the death of BJP worker Ulen Roy is a planned killing and even BJP leaders Dilip Ghosh, Kailash Vijayvargiya and Tejasvi Surya were booked for the violence in the region.

The recent attack on BJP national president JP Nadda’s convoy became a huge topic of discussion on social media in the last couple of days. One section is claiming the attack as a pre planned operation of the arch rival while others are criticising the ruling party and demanded imposition of Presidents Rule in the state.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah scheduled visit to the state next week to deal with the attack made on the party president. On Thursday, the union home ministry asked governor Jagdeep Dhankhar to submit a report of the law and order in the state and the steps taken by the TMC to deal with it.

Shah’s scheduled visit also raised questions on the minds of netizens. Some are expecting another pre planned attack while others are ready to welcome the union home minister in the state. Lets have a look at what netizens are saying.
