Debjit Mukherjee: Like TMC, the Congress attacked the Center with the MNREGA project. The BJP government is promoting that the allocation in connection with 100 days work has increased significantly during the Modi government as compared to the previous Manomohan Singh government. In other words, the Modi government is more successful than the Manomohan government in delivering income to the rural areas. But the opposition claims that the income in the rural areas of the country is shrinking after Corona. People are not getting work. As a result, the demand for 100 days work in rural areas is increasing.
A question was raised on the X handle by the Congress today, “The demand for 100 days of work has increased by 30 percent in 4 years. This shows how bad the financial situation of rural India has become under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
