TMC BJP blame game over fake vaccination camp in Kolkata

News Desk: After the arrest of Debanjan Deb and his associates in fake vaccination camp issue, the Bharatiya Janata Party is all over the ruling TMC. BJP leaders and supporters started slamming the ruling party and claimed that corruption is all over West Bengal.

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has instructed police commissioner to file involuntary manslaughter case against Deb. On Friday, Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari wrote a letter to Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan demanding a central agency probe. Highlighting Deb’s presence in the Duare Sarkar camps, Adhikari wrote “Kolkata Mayor Firhad Hakim, West Bengal Government Minister Subrata Mukherjee, TMC MP Santanu Sen, TMC MLAs Debasish Kumar and Lovely Maitra, KMC councilor Baiswanor Chatterjee and others are seen directly or indirectly endorsing the activities of Debanjan Deb. He has previously been seen posing with Government of West Bengal files or hosting Duare Sarkar camps of West Bengal government in Ward 66 of KMC”

BJP leader Dilip Ghosh said “TMC is trying to save themselves now. Everybody knows that the party is clever and corrupted. KMC is involved in it. There’s a KMC logo on the accused’s car”

On Saturday, TMC leader Jyotipriyo Mullick said “BJP has not been given the responsibility of this case. They should see first whether BJP is involved in it or not. If they can say this, we can say this too. Investigation is going on”

Earlier on Saturday, TMC MP Mimi Chakraborty fell ill. Doctors said that it’s too early to link her illness to the fake vaccine. Sources close to her family said that she suffered dehydration and a stomach ache, and that her blood pressure had dipped. She is, however, in stable condition now, they added.
