Debjit Mukherjee: Today Saturday 30th September, the last day of depositing Rs 2000 in the bank. But the question that arises now is that from October 1 will Rs 2000 notes not be valid?
The notes will remain valid from tomorrow. But that cannot be used for transactions. But it can still be deposited in the Reserve Bank.
