Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: New twist in primary teacher recruitment scam case. Calcutta High Court ordered the removal of ED investigating officer Mithilesh Mishra. Justice Amrita Sinha observed, “The investigating officer lacks confidence.” The judge has also made it clear that he cannot be given the responsibility of investigating any other case in Bengal.
