Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: The state’s plea was also dismissed in the apex court. “The central agency can conduct the investigation without any hindrance,” the Supreme Court said clearly in the municipal recruitment scam case.
The case came up before the Supreme Court bench of Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra on Monday. According to the three judges, they are satisfied with the central agency’s work in municipal recruitment scam case. And on that basis the application of the state was rejected.
